About The Role

  • Title: Warranty & Returns Associate
  • Job Location: St. Petersburg, FL
  • Type: On-site
  • Standard Office Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately log and track returns and warranty claims in Google Sheets and other cloud-based systems.
  • Accurately log and track returns and warranty claims in Google Sheets and other cloud-based systems.
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to the returns and warranty process.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve warranty claims quickly and accurately.
  • Process physical returns: inspect products, test functionality, re-stock or ship out replacements.
  • Assist with shipping/receiving and inventory organization when needed.
  • Day-to-Day tasks are not limited to the above.

Preferred skills for this role

  • Prior experience in returns, warranty, technical support, or warehouse/operations

Required qualifications

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets (formulas, filters, conditional formatting, data accuracy).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, accurate records.
  • Comfort with physical warehouse tasks (moving/lifting up to 50 lbs).
  • Typing speed 40+ WPM.
  • Interest in process improvement, efficiency, and using technology to solve problems.
