TX525C | 5.25" 160 Watt 2-Way Elite Component Speaker System

I’ve used skar for a long time, this is the first time I’ve used their components. For the money they are good. I’ve had one of my 4 tweeters make a strange crackling sound on occasion, and one of the woofers is making a horrible rattle. But both do it occasionally, I’ve checked all my wiring and amp hookups twice. I’m thinking there is something stuck in the suspension of the woofer. The tweeter in my opinion gets very tinny when turned up. I have all tweeters set -6db and most the time I feel like they are still way to loud, I even have treble turned down on the hu. I used the Skar Audio component set in a Bluetooth speaker board box that I made. The sound clarity is excellent with 2x50+100. However, I may have to upgrade the 12 sub that I used from one of the other guys in the near future. Unfortunately, it was what I had laying around. Overall, I give the Skar Audio component set a 5-star rating.

I installed three sets of these in a 2001 Audi S4: one in each door and a set in the back deck on an RP 75.4AB. I also installed an EVL 12” in a 3 cubic ft. potted enclosure tuned to 28hz on an RP 1500.1D. The sound is crisp, clear, and powerful. I don't think you can find a better product for the money.

The speaker is loud and clear, despite it's small size.

Speakers sound great.

This pairs perfectly with the recommended amp and is producing some amazing sound. It is simple to install and works perfectly without any complaints. I have been playing them in the car for 13 days and they are killing it. This is a great product for the DIY installers out there. You can't beat it for the price.

I bought a full system for my daughter's Jeep JK, including sound bar speakers, dash and sub, plus an amp. I loved them when I installed them. I gave them a 4-star rating because I don't have them in my own ride. I'm very jealous.
