Refunds
If you’re having second thoughts or a sudden change of heart on your recent purchase, don’t worry, we've got you covered. You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return any item(s) from your order for a full refund. Here’s how it works:
- 1. Visit our returns portal to initiate your return.
- 2. You will receive an email with instructions on how to ship us your product, and if applicable, a pre-paid shipping label to do so.
- 3. Once we have received your return, it typically takes about 24-48 hours for a refund to be processed back to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges on returned items. If you accidentally order the wrong items, simply return them for a full refund, and replace a new order for the correct items.
Return Shipping Fees
Refunds: Depending on the reason for your return, you may be charged a return shipping fee that is deducted from your refund. We generate the return label for you, and the cost is calculated based on the actual carrier rate from your address to our facility — there are no flat or padded fees. The exact amount will be displayed on the review screen before you confirm so you can see the impact on your refund total before submitting.
Warranty claims: The customer is responsible for return shipping on all warranty claims. You will need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping label through any carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) — Skar Audio does not provide a return label for warranty claims.

Our products come backed by a two year industry best, hassle-free manufacturer's warranty. We've redefined the warranty experience, and stand behind our products so you can enjoy them.
- 1. Visit our returns portal to initiate your return.
- 2. After initiating your warranty using our automated portal, you will be emailed return shipping instructions. We do not cover warranty related shipping expenses for items ordered more than 30 days ago.
- 3. Once we have received your warranty, please allow up to 4 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your warranty has been fully processed. Return shipping costs of either the replacement product or original product will be covered by Skar Audio.
