Skar Audio engineered the SDR-2X12D4 dual 12-inch loaded vented subwoofer enclosure as a simplified solution to add a competition-grade subwoofer system in your vehicle. This loaded subwoofer enclosure features two of our powerful SDR-12 D4 1,200 watt max power 12-inch subwoofers, which arrives pre-loaded and wired up inside of the custom dual 12" vented enclosure. The enclosure features a unique kerf port design, allowing for extreme levels of bass output and sound accuracy. Furthermore, the enclosure is finished in premium grade black carpet for a sleek appearance and features the Skar Audio logo in white on the top surface of the box. The subwoofers come pre-wired and loaded inside of the enclosure allowing for an easy and hassle free installation. The dual 4-ohm subwoofers are wired up inside of the enclosure so that the final impedance load is configured for 1-ohm at the terminals.
This enclosure was engineered by Skar Audio specifically for the subwoofer that is loaded in it, ensuring perfect sound and compatibility. Every subwoofer is different, and when buying a loaded enclosure it is so critical to ensure that the subwoofer and enclosure are an ideal match, or you will lose sound quality and output. With this loaded subwoofer enclosure model, all of those concerns are eliminated, making it easier than ever to add powerful aftermarket bass to your vehicle.

Absolutely love these subs! They hit super hard when hooked up to the right amp and had my whole rear bumper shaking! Packaging was also very neat and organized! AMAZING SOUND!!!!
I can't believe how great this box sounds! For the money, it can't be beaten. We bought this as a Christmas present for our son, who bought his dream truck (a 1999 2-door Tahoe). This box fits perfectly, and the sound is absolutely incredible. I dare say he has the loudest truck in town, but it's also super clear! The bass is deep and there's no distortion. My Gen X self is super jealous, as I wish I could have had this system as a teenager!

Metered at 144 dB at 1000 watts (200 less than recommended) at 40 Hz, pretty loud for a $255 pre-fab setup. One of the subs did blow once it got cold out, and I tried to use the warranty, but the shipping back to the company is going to cost more than the sub is worth.
